Farmer Girl

Daddy got new pigs recently, so it was the perfect time to introduce Paige to her farming future. Paige wasn't scared of the piggies one bit. She was very anxious to get right in the pen and follow them around. She just didn't understand why they kept running away from her!

I got smart and brought my camera to work with me so I could blog on my lunch break, with FAST internet! So it's your lucky day, here is a video and a few pics. The video is a little dark, but you get the idea.

Notice her too cute chore boots!

So, so, so far behind!

I have to apologize to the followers of the Paige Page, I have been terrible about updating lately. Mostly because I've lost patience for loading pictures from home, and lets face it, who wants to read a blog without pictures?! I really wish I could load video too, because Paige has been such a hoot lately!

So I'm going to list a few things Paige has done lately and include a couple pics that Torrie was nice enough to send me at work!

1. Paige has stopped climbing stairs, she now prefers to come DOWN the steps. This scares mommy to no end! She, of course, thinks it's hilarious.

2. Paige's understanding of words has really developed in the last few weeks. She can now "fetch" items by name. When we tell her it's time to go "night, night" she goes to the door that leads upstairs and starts pounding on it. And when we tell her it's time to brush her chompers, she sticks her tongue out. It's all very cute and exciting for mommy and daddy. It's amazing when you realize they actually know what you're talking about!

3.Paige's new "job" is closing things for us. Her absolute favorite is the dishwasher. But she can do cabinet doors, the fridge, and doors too.

4. This week Paige has added a new phrase to her vocabulary. She has started saying "Thank You". She says it when she hands you something, or is handed something. Too cute!

Other than that, she has been having a great time hanging out with her cousin Blake and buddy Bryce. She's going to be starting a new daycare in a month, which I'm both sad and excited about. I just hope she adjusts to the change well! Know Paige, she'll be just fine. Yesterday she went up to a total stranger and stuck her hands up to picked up. She's definitely not shy!!

Paige and Blake, just chillin'
